How to cut a bell pepper step by step
Step 1
To maintain the seeds and ribs in the middle, simply slice straight down on both sides with a large chef’s knife to create four straight pepper pieces, while keeping them intact.
Step 2
Cut off the bottom and top of the pepper, and remove the stem.
Step 3
If you intend to cut the pepper into small cubes, it is advisable to cut larger slices. Additionally, ensure that the skin side of the pepper is facing downwards and proceed to slice it into thin pieces.
Step 4
If you’re chopping the pepper, flip the slices and cut them horizontally to create squares.
