Sheriff
Sheriff Kevin J. Rambosk serves as the sheriff for Collier County. He completed his studies at the FBI National Academy and holds a master’s degree in business administration from Nova University. Additionally, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in public safety administration from William Paterson University, and possesses an associate’s degree in police science from Bergen Community College.
Having become a member of the Naples Police Department in 1978, he possesses a vast background in the field of law enforcement. In 2008, he assumed the roles of chief of staff and sheriff elect, having previously served as the undersheriff between 2005 and 2008. Since 2009, he has maintained his current position as Rambosk.
He has been involved in various community service organizations over the years and has received multiple accolades during his professional journey.
Jail Visitation Hours / Collier County Arrest Search

About the County
Collier County, named in honor of him, was established. He played a significant role in the construction of Tamiami Trail to facilitate transportation between the state legislature. He gained prominence as a landowner and was originally a real estate developer in New York City who later relocated to Florida. The county was named after Barron Collier, and it was formed in 1923 from a section of Lee County.
