The NPFL (National Professional Fishing League) has announced changes for the 2023 season, including increased payouts and reduced entry fees. Additionally, they have announced the addition of a Championship event in 2023 for the top 40 anglers in the Year of the Angler Progressive standings, among other changes. Since its inception, the NPFL has been focused on offering the best platform for anglers to compete and earn a living in the high-level professional bass fishing circuit. In addition to increasing the first-place payout to $100,000 in the regular season, the NPFL has also reduced entry fees and capped the field at 130 anglers, providing an opportunity for anglers to earn enough money to fish at the highest level.
