After failing to appear for his original sentencing date, and following his third strike conviction for assault and kidnapping, violent criminal Shae William McKay was set free on bail pending sentencing by Judge Cara Hutson. Tragically, Deputy Sheriff Isaiah Cordero of Riverside County, California, was killed by McKay while attempting to stop traffic.
Chad Bianco, the Sheriff of Riverside County, has called for Hutson Cara D. Judge to resign. The judge’s hands have been declared to have her blood on them by the Fraternal Order of Police.
McKay Shae William should have never had the opportunity to fatally shoot Riverside County Deputy Isaiah Cordero in California, as a violent serial felon, under “California’s three strikes law”, he should have been in prison for 25 years, not living on the streets.
In 1999, his initial offense occurred when he admitted his culpability for assault with a firearm and served a three-year sentence in jail. In 2005, the subsequent one transpired when he and an accomplice assaulted a couple while they were asleep in their residence, committing acts of violence against them and pilfering $3,700 from a secure storage.
The third strike occurred when he was found guilty on Nov. 8, 2021, of false confinement, eluding a law enforcement officer, criminal intimidations likely to lead to fatality or severe bodily harm, and acquiring stolen belongings. The evidence comprised of fasteners, adhesive tape, a cutting tool, and group symbols.
Examiner Washington said that according to Chad Bianco, the tragic incident should have been prevented by the legal system of the Sheriff. In November 2021, McKay, who had a history of violent past and was convicted of his third strike, was involved in a case of assault and kidnapping with a deadly weapon. It should have been the date for his sentencing, but he was released on bail, which the judge allowed, and he should have been sentenced to 25 years in prison for the life-altering incident. However, when he went missing after his sentencing, he was apprehended. Once again, the judge allowed him to be released on bond, even though he had missed his sentencing date.
The life of service of Deputy Cordero was sacrificed due to the promotion of decarceration, woke politics, and the anti-police movement.
Please share and sign the petition. Everyone has an interest in her resigning. Demonstrating that everyone is threatened by the judge’s actions, she wasn’t committed to murder in San Bernardino County. We will forward her office.
