In January, Les Claypool announced that he would be taking his band, Fearless Flying Frog Brigade, on their first tour in 20 years, with even more excitement and anticipation for the upcoming reunion shows in October 2023.
The Frog Brigade will be making stops in several cities, including Chicago, Denver, and Albuquerque, before their Halloween finale in Nashville. They have already wrapped up their 42-date trek, which started on July 15th in Phoenix and included a previous stop in Cincinnati. After their show in Oakland on October 11th, things will be getting going again for the company and Claypool.
The touring lineup consists of Claypool playing the bass, Sean Lennon on the guitar, Harry Waters on the keys, Paulo Baldi on the drums, Mike Dillon on percussion, and Skerik on the horns, all part of the Frog Brigade. The complete Animals of Pink Floyd’s performance will showcase the band’s set every night, revisiting the Frog Brigade’s LP rendition that was included in the Live Frogs Set 2 recording from 2001.
