John Travolta, a certified private pilot who possesses five aircraft, has a Florida residence with two airstrips that conveniently extend to his front entrance.
I have been able to operate out of this house for both personal and business reasons. Over the past 11 years, we have been able to travel around the world for movies and with Qantas. During an interview on Thursday, a bearded Travolta said, “We have succeeded in being able to have access to the world at our fingertips and the house is designed for the jets.”
Since 2002, John Travolta has been an ambassador-at-large for Qantas and he keeps his personal Boeing 707 in the yard of his home in Orlando, Florida.

Actor John Travolta describes his Florida home, which he shares with his wife, actress Kelly Preston, as a midcentury-style residence rather than a modern one. According to Sherri Jame, a designer from the Michael James Design Team in Southern California, they have recently incorporated Travolta’s ideas into the house, as he had a clear vision of how he wanted everything to look.

Games Table In The Great Room
Kelly Preston, the wife of John Travolta, claims that John has always been crazy about aviation. She says, “He wanted to go for dinner, but when he saw the opportunity to step out of the door and get on a plane, he practically pulled the house up to the front yard. Having planes in his front yard has always been John’s dream.”

Travolta, the owner and seasoned pilot of two jets, says that Michael Eisner was our first dinner guest. The great room is defined by curved walls with windows that overlook the tarmac.
The Entrance Hall
Travolta says, “This is an overbuilt home.” The walls need to be thicker than they are, and there needs to be more metal in it. Additionally, the entrance hall includes a floor motif that Travolta himself designed.

He says, “You can also bring 707 in, but you can also bring it in any corporate airliner or jet,” he says. “You can be the ultimate eccentric, like I am,” he says.
