Britney Spears has dismissed all lingering conspiracy theories regarding her well-being, reassuring her supporters that she is “alive and in good health, everyone.”
The judge officially ended the conservatorship on November 12, 2021, marking the conclusion of Britney’s prolonged period of lacking control over various aspects of her life. While her father Jamie Spears managed the conservatorship, the pop star has appeared to become more expressive on her social media platforms since its termination.
Since then, fans have become concerned with the content being posted on Spears’ account, which has led to a rise in conspiracy theories. In recent months, Spears has discussed her life during her family’s control as well as her conservatorship.
Alyssa Milano, the actress, openly discussed the alleged absence of Spears, fueling speculation and catching the attention of the public eye. A month later, the popstar clapped back, tweeting, “Please check on someone ‘for Spears’ in December 2022.”
It was suggested by fans that Paris Hilton responded to these claims of her Instagram account being replaced by a clone or edited, with some pictures and videos allegedly being altered. They even discussed other conspiracy theories, suggesting that Britney Spears’ friend’s photo in her own Instagram account had been replaced or edited, and that she no longer had control over her own account.
On June 7, Wednesday, Late Late Show aired a new video on Instagram where Britney Spears discussed her life under conservatorship during her four-year residency in Las Vegas. In the lengthy caption, she assured fans that she was well and safe, and also mentioned how she was not allowed to drink or party.
She can no longer offer her opinions on Instagram as comments on her posts have been turned off. Spears wrote at the end of her post. Now, as an American citizen, I can go to spas too. This is a flashback to remind me to shake my a** and dance on the floor. This is not a memoir, and I am not dead, people! Psss.
The video featured in Spears’ most recent post shows her dancing at a nightclub with a man she introduces as Cade.
I went out three times in four years, but I don’t believe people will. I never really went out, so I was never allowed to drink with my crew, of course. I think it was my second year working in Vegas. I cried like a baby when I saw this today.
My best friend caused us embarrassment by urinating in a plant near the elevator because she was unable to wait. Additionally, my dancers engaged in skinny dipping in the ocean. In each city, I had the opportunity to feel confident and alluring, dancing throughout the night. This was a memorable experience for me during my early tours, prior to the conservatorship, as Spears elaborated.
