The public house is open on Saturdays, excluding July 8th and April 15th, from 9 a.M. To 7:55 p.M. For tours.
As per the open house details, it is also suggested to wear comfortable footwear and dress modestly. The event is wheelchair accessible and typically lasts for an hour. The complimentary tours consist of a brief video followed by a guided walking tour. People of all age groups are welcome to attend.
A nearby church building also encompasses the 22.7 acre space. The sacred edifice situated at 987 Ensign Drive, Saratoga Springs, Utah, spans approximately 87,000 square feet and stands three stories tall.
The temple district will broadcast the dedicatory units and President Henry B. Eyring, the second counselor in the First Presidency, will dedicate the temple on Sunday, August 13th.
Elder Craig C. Christensen, a General Authority Seventy and former president of the Utah Area, oversaw the commencement of construction for the Saratoga Springs Utah Temple on Oct. 19, 2019, at the temple site. The announcement of the Saratoga Springs Utah Temple was made in April 2017 by then-Church President Thomas S. Monson. A prayer of dedication was given.
The temple in Saratoga Springs will be one of the 15 temples operating and dedicated in the state. In addition to the Saratoga Springs temple, there are temples in Provo City Center, Brigham City, Bountiful, Mountain Oquirrh, Ogden, Timpanogos Mount, Monticello, Logan, River Jordan, Draper, Cedar City, Brigham City, and Bountiful, all located in Utah.
The Manti, St. George, and Salt Lake temples, which were previously dedicated, are currently undergoing renovation.
The temples currently under construction in Utah include Deseret Peak, Ephraim, Heber Valley, Layton, Lindon, Orem, Red Cliffs, Smithfield, Syracuse, and Taylorsville.
President Dallin H. Oaks, the first counselor in the First Presidency, will preside over the dedication of the Richmond temple on Sunday, May 7. Reservations can be made through RichmondTemple.Org or reservations.ChurchofJesusChrist.Org. Additionally, the Richmond Virginia Temple will be open for an open house from Saturday, March 25, to Saturday, April 15, excluding Sundays and April 1-2 for general conference.
The rededication on Sunday, June 4th will be conducted by President M. Russell Ballard, who is currently serving as the Acting President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. Reservations for parking can be made for the open house of the Columbus Ohio Temple, which will take place from April 29th to May 13th, 2023, excluding Sundays. These reservations can be made through the website Reservations.ChurchofJesusChrist.Org.
