In 2018, Anastacia assumed the role of Executive Chef at LDV Hospitality’s American Cut. During the following two years, she discovered her passion for leadership and a well-prepared steak. Subsequently, in 2016, Anastacia returned to New York City and joined the team at Martha in Fort Greene, then moved on to Treehaus in Midtown Manhattan. Afterward, she served as the Chef de Cuisine at Porta in Jersey City for a duration of two years. It was during her time at Commerce, learning from Chef Harold Moore, that Anastacia realized her true calling was in the kitchen, rather than in an operating room, leading her to embark on a career in bartending.
