Bello and I chose to sit at the bar instead of a table at the rear. On the right-hand side, there are shelves filled with luxurious oils, vinegar, and containers of different delectable delicacies, while on the left-hand side, there is a curved bar. We discover this as we take a few more steps while walking towards the back.

It was seriously delicious and I really mean it. The Ricotta was incredibly light and fluffy, and our wine was opened almost as soon as we sat down.
After devouring every bite, you should make your way to the Vatican and seek absolution. The irresistibly delicious Lardo, although decadently good, is considered sinful. Additionally, the Mortadella with Truffle and the Charcuterie and Cheese platter, expertly prepared with a blend of traditional local methods and innovative touches, left us completely contented.
I fell in love with Pepe e Cacio at the Roscioli Salumeria La for a fifth reason. The taste of this dish is so good that it pleases my taste buds with its sharp and slightly salty flavor, which perfectly complements the high-quality Romano and Pecorino cheese. It is a divine experience that must be savored with closed eyes.
