The FBI stated that the raids were a component of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force.

Person one stated that the entire operation caught them off guard. After 6 a.M., Agents arrived in the neighborhood of Portland and brought a significant amount of boxes to ensure a safer and more secure home for the residents.

Marvin Travis, a resident living across the street from one of the targeted residences, expressed surprise, stating, “The occupants of that house are constantly engaged in conversation. I would have never expected it. I would have never expected it. If you had asked me to identify a house in this neighborhood where such activities are taking place, I would have chosen a different block. It’s impossible to predict.” They are interacting with the canines.
