This is where the bard Hedgin tells his stories as a member of the Harpers, and Simon the wizard and Fletcher Forge are involved in the robbery scene. Now owned by the Dunluce family, descendants of the MacDonnells, Castle Glenarm is open to the public and hosts film shoots for Thieves among Honor and Dragons: Dungeons. The castle is located in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, and was built in the 17th century. It is set among 4,000 beautiful acres of gardens.
The Dún Briste Sea Pinnacle, County Mayo
The Korinn Fortress interiors were crafted in the studio, drawing inspiration from the distinctive natural surroundings. Over time, this distinct rock pillar, formerly linked to the shoreline, was gradually eroded by the sea, thus earning the name Dún Briste, signifying a “shattered fort” in Gaelic. Standing approximately 50 meters above the ocean, it stands as a solitary stone column, the Dún Briste Sea Stack, a geological formation located on Ireland’s northwestern coast.
The Coastal Stretch of Causeway
According to local legends, the Giant’s Causeway in Northern Ireland’s County Antrim was built by the Irish giant Finn MacCool to cross the sea to Scotland. The Causeway Basalt, a unique geological formation made up of over 40,000 hexagonal columns of basalt, is the main attraction. The area is famous for its towering cliffs, sandy beaches, and spectacular scenery.
It provides the proper atmosphere and scenery for the iconic settings depicted in the original game’s quests, based on the film. Many seaside scenes were shot on the Giant’s Causeway in the film. A place of mystery and grandeur, it is an ideal setting for the Thieves among Honor & Dragons: Dungeons.
