  • 2023 Fantasy Football Mock Draft | Round 1

    1.01) Austin Ekeler, running back,

    1.02) Christian McCaffrey, Running Back

    1.03) Justin Jefferson, wide receiver

    1.04) Cooper Kupp, wide receiver,

    1.05) Travis Kelce, Tight End,

    1.06) Ja’Marr Chase,

    1.07) Bijan Robinson, Running

    1.08) Jonathan Taylor, Running Back

    1.09) Tyreek Hill, wide

    1.10) Saquon Barkley, Running

    1.11) A.J. Brown,

    1.12) Stefon Diggs,

We need to remember that Taylor is not just a player who forgot how to play football, but rather, we remember touchdowns 18 and yards 1,800 over for rumbling Taylor from removed season one. However, Taylor certainly did not live up to expectations in 2022: Analysis Pick.

Throughout that specific period, JT holds the highest number of runs exceeding 15 yards within the central area compared to all other NFL RBs, starting from the beginning of the 2021 season.

Assuming that Taylor’s health is intact once again — as well as the offensive line’s — he is expected to have a significant rebound campaign in 2023.

    2.10) Jaylen Waddle,

    2.11) Rhamondre Stevenson, Running

    2.12) Jalen Hurts,

The team’s offense, led by Jared Goff and Ben Johnson, astonished the NFL world last season with their dominant performance, as they achieved the second-highest percentage of their total plays in the red zone in the entire league, standing at 17%.

At this stage of the draft, St. Brown is an undeniable choice. With no other notable competition being added this offseason, and with the offensive coordinator and quarterback staying the same for the 2023 season, he managed to catch the seventh-highest number of receptions in the entire NFL. He consistently proved to be a reliable asset for fantasy football throughout a dominant campaign.

    3.12) Deebo Samuel, wide receiver,

It’s challenging to find another RB in fantasy football who will have the same volume of carries as Mixon in 2023: Analysis Pick.

Fantasy managers are concerned about the potential release of Mixon from the team, as he is a key member of the Bengals and signs are pointing towards his departure.

Among the 47 running backs who are qualified, the third-highest ranked player is tied for the highest number of red zone touches per game, averaging 3.7. The talented RB frequently finds himself in scoring position and continuously contributes to Mixon’s offensive game due to the system he plays in. Since the start of the 2021 season, this has been the case.

As long as the opportunity is available, seize the chance to acquire him at a reduced price and benefit from the cautiousness of fantasy managers. Mixon deserves to be selected one round earlier in the ADP (Average Draft Position).

    Round 4

    4.01) DK Metcalf,

    4.02) DeVonta Smith, wide

    4.03) Lamar Jackson, Quarterback

    4.04) Calvin Ridley, wide receiver

    4.05) Justin Fields, quarterback,

    4.06) T.J. Hock

    4.07) Justin Herbert, Quarterback, Los

4.08) Aaron Jones, Running Back, Green

    4.09) Jahmyr Gibbs,

    4.10) Amari Cooper, wide

    4.11) Terry McLaurin,

    4.12) Dameon Pierce, Running

In previous years, I wouldn’t have considered a QB at all in the fourth round. However, Fields’ potential this year is too great to ignore. We have already witnessed how impactful his rushing skills can be for fantasy football, but Fields is now poised to make a significant improvement similar to Jalen Hurts in 2023 because of the offensive reinforcements. In prior seasons, choosing a QB in the fourth round wouldn’t have crossed my mind. Nevertheless, Fields’ upside for this year is simply too enticing to disregard. We have already observed the extent of his rushing prowess in fantasy football.

In order for Fields to rise to the top tier of fantasy football quarterbacks in 2023, he needs everything – a bonafide WR1 to throw to. The Bears’ significant offensive line overhaul this offseason should give Fields enough time in the pocket to play within while negotiating a beautiful deal to steal DJ Moore from Carolina.

2023 Fantasy Football Mock Draft | Round 5

    5.01) JK Dobbins,

    5.02) DJ Moore, wide receiver

    5.03) Jerry Jeudy, wide

    5.04) Chris Godwin, wide receiver,

    5.05) Drake London, wide receiver

    5.06) Cam Akers, Running Back,

    5.07) Miles Sanders, Running Back

5.08) Michael Pittman Jr., Wide receiver

    5.09) D’Andre Swift,

    5.10) DeAndre Hopkins, wide

    5.11) George Kittle, Tight End,

    5.12) Dalvin Cook, Running

It’s a challenging situation to predict his success for this year, but Pittman possesses immense skill to become one of the top 12 wide receivers in fantasy football. The decision was influenced by just one wide receiver and two reliable running backs that I already possess, making it difficult to choose between Pittman and Swift in the pick analysis.

Guaranteed target volume makes him a solid WR2 in fantasy lineups, but the upside may not be just in 2023. This year, Pittman should easily lead the Colts in targets, which will help push him into the next tier of fantasy WRs. Typically, rookie QBs aren’t ready to come in and assist, but Anthony Richardson has immense potential in the NFL.

    Round 6

6.01) Christian Watson, wide receiver, Green

    6.02) Alexander Mattison, running

6.03) Mike Williams, wide receiver for the

    6.04) Kyle Pitts, Tight

    6.05) Brandon Aiyuk, wide receiver

    6.06) James Conner, Running

    6.07) Rachaad White, Running Back

    6.08) Trevor Lawrence, quarterback,

    6.09) Darren Waller, tight end,

    6.10) Dallas Goedert,

    6.11) Marquise Brown,

    6.12) Tyler Lockett,

In the NFL, Aiyuk established himself as one of the superior route runners and made significant progress last year. Personally, this season, he is a guaranteed pick if Aiyuk is available in the sixth or seventh round.

Despite the QB carousel in San Francisco, Deebo Samuel continues to outscore Aiyuk while Aiyuk’s value screams off the draft board in the third round of fantasy drafts. Aiyuk ended the season as the WR15 in half-PPR scoring formats, and that translated to fantasy production.

    Round 7

    7.01) Javonte Williams,

    7.02) Christian Kirk, wide receiver

    7.03) Alvin Kamara, running back

    7.04) Diontae Johnson,

7.05) Mike Evans, wide receiver, Tampa

    7.06) Treylon Burks,

    7.07) Jaxon Smith-Nj

    7.08) David Montgomery, running back

    7.09) George Pickens, wide

    7.10) Jordan Addison, wide receiver

    7.11) Isiah Pacheco, Running

    7.12) Jahan Dotson,

In our analysis, we have already discussed how incredibly intriguing the current year’s drafts in fantasy football are, particularly in regards to the target that Montgomery makes in the potent offense of the Lions.

Jamaal Williams, who had previously been a role player throughout his career, had a breakout season last year in Detroit, rushing for more than 1,000 yards and scoring 17 touchdowns on the ground. However, he has now transitioned to being a member of the New Orleans Saints.

With the addition of Montgomery and Gibbs Jahmyr in the backfield, the 2023 season could see a fantastic running combination behind the best offensive line in the league. Montgomery could be a great fit in Chicago’s scheme, and he could handle a massive workload on the ground. Additionally, Gibbs can be profiled as a receiving back, making him a versatile option that can move around the formation.

I wouldn’t be shocked if Montgomery comes out as a champion this season in the league.

    Round 8

8.01) AJ Dillon, Running Back, Green

    8.02) Dak Prescott, Quarterback

    8.03) Pat Freiermuth

    8.04) Deshaun Watson,

    8.05) Kadarius Toney, wide receiver

8.06) Quentin Johnston, wide receiver, Los

    8.07) James Cook, Running Back

    8.08) Antonio Gibson, Running Back

8.09) Michael Thomas, wide receiver, New

    8.10) Tua Tagovail

    8.11) Anthony Richardson, Quarterback

    8.12) Brandin Cooks,

Toney’s analysis as a pick highlights his immense talent for fantasy purposes, yet his frequent injuries pose a significant risk for fantasy managers. Ultimately, the decision to draft him depends on weighing the benefits against the risks, particularly in relation to his average draft position (ADP).

If Toney were to go off the board routinely in the fourth round of drafts, it would be easy for someone else to let him pass and take a chance on reaching his ceiling as the potential WR1 for the Kansas City Chiefs. However, in the eighth round, this is the perfect spot for me to swing for the fences with him as my WR4.

2023 Fantasy Football Mock Draft | Round 9

    9.01) Zach Charbonnet,

    9.02) Brian Robinson, Running Back

    9.03) Jamaal Williams, Running Back,

    9.04) Evan Engram, tight

    9.05) Rashaad Penny,

    9.06) Gabe Davis, wide

    9.07) JuJu Smith-Schuster,

    9.08) Elijah Moore, wide receiver

    9.09) Samaje Perine,

    9.10) David Njoku,

    9.11) Zay Flowers, wide

    9.12) Kirk Cousins, quarterback,

Moore is anticipated to be among my top picks in fantasy football this year. Despite not meeting expectations in 2022, he is now in a different scenario and has the potential to become one of Deshaun Watson’s preferred receivers right from the beginning. Moore’s figures suggest that he could establish himself as Watson’s favorite target from the start of the season.

In the back end of the ninth round, this is a great opportunity to consider investing in a comeback effort from the dynamic playmaker, despite the extremely terrible circumstances he faced in New York last season. We are well aware of Moore’s exceptional talent.

Analysis: If you are unable to secure one of the top-tier TEs in this fantasy draft season, you may have to wait until later rounds to pick Okonkwo or take a chance on other key positions.

At the conclusion of the season, he has the potential to become one of the top five choices. Treylon Burks is the sole significant rival to Okonkwo when it comes to receiving passes in the Titans’ offense. Whenever he was given the spotlight, he impressed everyone with his ability to make plays. However, Okonkwo didn’t have many chances to shine in the previous season.

    Round 11

    11.01) Dalton Kincaid,

    11.02) Allen Lazard, Wide Receiver,

    11.03) Jerick McKinnon, running

    11.04) Rondale Moore,

    11.05) Cole Kmet, Tight

    11.06) Adam Thielen, wide

11.07) Elijah Mitchell, Running Back, San

    11.08) Skyy Moore, Wide Receiver,

    11.09) Devin Singletary,

11.10) Odell Beckham Jr., Wide receiver

    11.11) Tyler Allgeier,

    11.12) Greg Dulcich,

Moore was one of my favorite WRs coming into the 2022 NFL Draft, but he failed to make much of an impact in his rookie season as he struggled with the transition from college football to the NFL, according to analysis.

Moore’s significant receiving buzz is now gaining momentum as the Chiefs’ offseason rolls along. With JuJu Smith-Schuster’s departure, he could potentially step into the starting slot role.

There’s arguably never a bad idea to see how everything unfolds and assess the NFL’s best offense, but it’s relevant for both Moore and Toney to have more than enough passing volume in fantasy.

    Round 12

    12.01) Tyler Higbee, Tight End

    12.02) Russell Wilson, quarterback,

    12.03) Jakobi Meyers, wide receiver

    12.04) Tyler Boyd, wide receiver

    12.05) Jaylen Warren, Running

    12.06) Kendre Miller, Running Back,

    12.07) Darnell Mooney

    12.08) D’Onta Fore

    12.09) Jonathan Mingo, wide

    12.10) Tank Bigsby,

12.11) Gerald Everett, Tight End, Los

12.12) Rashee Rice, wide receiver for

Warren emerged as a reliable fantasy choice last season, despite having Najee Harris on the team. It is possible that both Warren and Harris will have enough opportunities to be considered among the top 30 players on a weekly basis in 2023. This makes Warren’s ADP a tremendous value at the moment and a widely recognized sleeper for us at PFN. At PFN, we consider Warren’s ADP to be an excellent value right now and view him as a consensus sleeper. There is a potential for Warren and Harris to both have significant roles in the lineup, even with Najee Harris present, as Warren proved to be a strong fantasy option last season.

There is no downside to drafting the second-year RB in 2023, as he could emerge as a bench stash.

2023 Fantasy Football Mock Draft | Round 13

    13.01) Sam LaPorta,

    13.02) Zay Jones, wide

13.03) Jeff Wilson Jr., Running Back,

    13.04) Raheem Mostert

    13.05) Michael Gallup, wide receiver

    13.06) Juwan Johnson, Tight End,

    13.07) Ezekiel Elliott, Running

    13.08) Tyjae Spears,

    13.09) Bryce Young, Quarterback

    13.10) Roschon Johnson,

    13.11) Jerome Ford, Running Back

    13.12) Chuba Hubbard, running

If you enjoy watching fantastic highlights of Tulane Spears’ football film, you will truly be amazed by his ability to make defenders miss in the booth phone.

Immediately, it was evident that Spears would emerge as the second running back behind Derrick Henry. Given the off-the-field issues that Hassan Haskins is experiencing, Spears has the opportunity to make an immediate impact in the NFL. It would be beneficial to keep him on the roster to assess his performance in Week 1 and make further decisions based on that.

    Round 14

    14.01) Leonard Fournette,

14.02) Michael Mayer, Tight End, Las

14.03) Jordan Love, quarterback for the Green

    14.04) Romeo Doubs, wide receiver,

    14.05) Jayden Reed, Wide Receiver,

    14.06) Kyler Murray, Quarter

    14.07) Nico Collins, wide receiver

    14.08) Derek Carr, Quarterback, New

    14.09) Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Running

    14.10) DJ Chark, wide

    14.11) Chase Brown, Running Back

    14.12) Rashid Shaheed, wide receiver

There is absolutely no predicting what the Packers’ offense will look like in 2023 with QB Jordan Love at the helm. One thing that is certain, though, is that Love will be a lock onto a perspective target-share.

He could be one of the best value picks in this football fantasy season. Reed is an incredibly talented and well-rounded receiver who dealt with poor QB play during his time at Michigan State. As the lead target in the team, Reed gives him a good chance to be the starting slot receiver in the offense on Day 1, alongside Doubs Romeo or Watson Christian.
